RGS: Roadworks outside the school
We would like to make you aware that roadworks taking place outside the school for what the Council currently anticipates will be a two-week period. To help manage traffic flow during this time, temporary traffic lights will be in operation, including lights specifically controlling the exit from the RGS site. As a result, we expect there to be increased congestion around the school, particularly at the beginning and end of the school day. Where possible, we would advise parents and carers not to use the school car park during this period and to consider alternative arrangements for dropping off and collecting students. Should you choose to use the school car park, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as delays are likely while the roadworks are underway. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any updates should further information become available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation and support.
